• DO YOU WANT INFORMATION ABOUT OUR ACTIVITIES AND BECOME A MEMBER OF THE CULTURAL ASSOCIATION?

To give you the necessary information we have to collect some of your personal data (name, email etc.).

 

Below you will find out how and why we collect this data and how we are careful to keep it in the right way, guaranteeing compliance with the safety standards of the new European Regulation on the matter (Reg. UE 2016/679).

 

The information provided here only concerns our website (www.tangotequieromas.it) and the other activities that we carry out directly and are not referable to third parties or to any websites linked or reachable through our site.

 

Your data are collected by us, Tango te Quiero Mas Association as the Data Controller, based in Trapani (TP) Piazza 11 Maggio N 8 – Tax Code / VAT 93073480811.

• WHAT ARE THE PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT?

Navigation data: the computer systems, communication protocols and software involved in the management of the website entail the acquisition of information on surfers / users. This information is released anonymously and used to check the correct functioning of the services and protocols present on the site.

These data could become identifiable when processed and associated with further information (e.g. IP addresses) held by third parties, if requested or ordered by public authorities.

 

Identification data: (e.g. name, surname, date of birth, email, telephone number). You can browse without entering any personal data. However, if you want to contact us for information or want to become our associate, the supply of the requested data is necessary, since, failing that, we will not be able to send you any communication or follow up on your request.

• WHAT IS IT AND HOW DOES THE PROCESS TAKE PLACE?

Processing takes place when we take the data you have communicated to us and use it. Once sent, your data is recorded on our IT device. People who work in the association read them, record them on our computers or print them and use them to reply to your request or to send you communications regarding what you are interested in.

 

Only if you have decided to provide your email address for the newsletter will we use your data to send you information, including commercial ones, on promotions, contest, news or further events, including those of third parties, but strictly connected to the reference area and purposes of the Cultural Association. Your consent to receive the newsletter is revocable at any time without any reason.

• WILL MY DATA BE TRANSFERRED TO A FOREIGN COUNTRY?

No, Cultural Association does not have offices abroad. Your data may be transferred only in the case of back-ups on cloud servers, to recognized professional companies that guarantee compliance with the standards established by EU Reg. 679/2016..

• CAN I WITHDRAW MY CONSENT TO RECEIVE THE NEWSLETTER AND COMMERCIAL INFORMATION?

You can inform us at any time and without any reason that you want withdraw your consent to receive commercial communications through the newsletter, but the withdrawal will not affect the previous process.

 

The withdrawal only applies to commercial communications: the data you have provided us for other purposes (e.g. request to join the Cultural Association) will continue to be used by us for the intended purposes, without changes. If it is your intention to withdraw also these data, you will lose the status of Member, as your personal data are necessary for the valid participation in the association’s activities, while they are optional for the newsletter.

• WHICH PEOPLE WILL BECOME AWARE OF THE DATA I ENTRUST TO YOU?

Your data will be known only by other specifically authorized members of the Cultural Association, by collaborators involved in the pursuit of the Association purposes (e.g. during the events organized by the Association) and by third parties, appointed as Data Processors, to fulfil legal obligations (e.g. example, accounting). • HOW LONG WILL MY DATA BE RETAINED?

If you have subscribed the newsletter, your data will be storage for 2 years (unless you explicitly withdraw your consent at any time) and then we will ask you to confirm your willingness to continue receiving our information.

If you become a Member of the Cultural Association, your data will be used for the period of time you joining the Association itself and may be stored further for a maximum time of 5 years from the termination of the relationship, for accounting needs.

Your data may be storage for a further term of 10 years only where required by law (e.g. in the case of judicial documentary productions or orders from the Authorities).

• WHAT ARE THE RIGHTS I CAN EXERCISE ON MY DATA?

Pursuant to art 15 and ss. of EU Reg. 2016/679, the data subject, i.e. the one who provides the personal data being processed, has the right to obtain:

a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;

 

b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

 

c) the limitation of the treatment;

 

d) the portability of the data, i.e. the possibility of receiving them in a form that allows their transmission for use in other treatments;

 

e) the certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfilment occurs proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;

If our response does not satisfy you or if you believe that your rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority based on your usual residence, workplace, or in place of violation of your rights: for Italy is Autorità Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (all pertinent informations is available on the website: www.garanteprivacy.it).

• UPDATE AND MODIFICATION:

This privacy policy may undergo changes over time, in relation to the modification of the sector legislation or the updating of the site and the provision of the services provided therein. Therefore, the user / browser is invited to consult it periodically.
